Everyone else are likely to die since it's safe to quickly wrap them up as cannon fodder. If there's a criticism against Fujimoto it's that as much as he is very bold at taking sharp turns in where the plot is going, it keeps the reader invested and excited but he really goes overboard with killing off characters. Nevermind gathering a fanbase for each character that readers might latch onto, he would kill them off and it gives the opposite effect to the audience where their deaths adds cheap shock value.

This brings up an interesting point: Can the man-devil hybrids like Denji and Shadman have any kind of influence over their devil forms?
Like could he choose what kind of sword sticks out of his face vs. which on is his left arm or is it the same every time?
Can they change mid-fight too?

No that it would make much of a difference for these two in particular, but if we ever get to see a gun devil-man hybrid it would be cool to see him spawning all kinds of guns dependent on the situation.

They were pretty innovative for the time. Only real problem they had was jamming, since gravity wasn't always enough to get all of the bolts aligned properly (a lot of modern designs are spring-loaded and physically push them down or have elastic pulling on a slab to the same effect)

Rereading made me realize the gun devil and Makima wants his devil heart. I don't know what was special about his chainsaw dog pet, but it seems to have a fearsome reputation. I wonder what his pet really represented. something tells me its not just chainsaws, but it could realy just be chainsaws that gives it the reputation it has. Makima offered him a wish for defeating the gun devil so his denji's potential is sky for me.

Why is Makima so fucking sexy. out of all of the women, Makima gets my attention the most. She knows how to provoke men, and the scenes where she gets intimate with Denki is great. The way she rewards Denji with herself makes her memorable. she is maybe one of my favourite female characters because of this alone.

we don't know that he's always got to use that with the sword. maybe he can use the sword as normal, too. after all, we know the typical devil hunter carries around some ordinary weapon like kobeni's knife or denji's axe and aki doesn't carry anything but his sword and he takes damage any time he uses the fox, so it's reasonable to assume he could use the sword as just as sword
