Why do manchildren love this piss?

How can one tolerate so many boring, messy panels amongst irrelevant side characters that are ultimately unimportant because everything ends the same way anyway, with Luffy fighting the big boss after escaping whatever plot device kept him out of the fight for a while?

PLEB STATUS: FILTERED

Replace Luffy's name and you just described every manga ever made.

It's all about the world building. You're just too dumb to get it.

Only if you're a faggot who only reads shonenshit
fuck off, frogcancer

Real men love both One Piece and HxH.

How would you have rebuted his point if he had not posted a froggie?

The concept of tackling an issue by "fighting" it is pretty much universal to all stories even if that fighting doesn't involve using your fists or any sort of actual combat. Every story ends in some type of climax were the protagonist handles the problem in the story.

What point did the subhuman make though?

calling something a "pleb filter" isn't really a point worth refuting no matter what image you accompany it with

>Every story ends in some type of climax were the protagonist handles the problem in the story.
Chimera Ant, Gon never even met Meruem

There, I refuted your baseless assumption

That making reductionary statements about anything will make it sound ridiculous.

Gon's arc had to do with re-connecting with Kite, which was stolen away from him by Pitou and the closure to that arc was Gon beating the fuck out of Pitou.

Why does the art in One Piece look so shit? It's like the artist only knows how to use one line weight and that's it.

You first said
>Replace Luffy's name and you just described every manga ever made.
Okay, let us do this
>everything ends the same way anyway, with Gon fighting the big boss after escaping whatever plot device kept him out of the fight for a while?
So. when exactly does this happen?

You're confusing the story arc with the character arc. The OP is describing Luffy's character arc and mistaking it as One Piece's story arc. Of course usually Luffy's character arc is tied specifically to the story arc in some way, but each arc of One Piece is so jammed pack with various little character arcs and smaller story arcs that Luffy's arc is only there tie it together. It's more flat character arc type writing where the characters surrounding him are more interesting than the man himself.

Gon is different. He pretty much stopped being the flat character arc all the way back in Yorkshin. He pretty much stopped being the protagonist as well in the Chimera Ant arc as soon as the King was introduced.

The OP is also talking about the big boss, which in this case, obviously is Meruem and not Pitou. In One Piece, Luffy almost always fights the big boss, that didn't happen during the Chimera Ant. And also, with your last paragraph, you're pretty much agreeing with my previous post

Why do people ask questions with obvious answers? Holy shit.

Can it be? OP ate the Faggot-faggot Fruit!

Not him, but
>And also, with your last paragraph, you're pretty much agreeing with my previous post
Changing importance of different characters doesn't take away from his post.
There was still a main boss to fight (Meruem) and a protagonist who fought matched him in either wits, willpower or strength (Netero).
In fact, HxH has as many boring, sideline protagonists as 1P, as well as "messy panels" that require several seconds to know what's going on.
You can apply everything what OP said to HxH and notice how similiar these serieses are.

Because it has funny faces xD and many many punches.

Bet OP is a HiatusxHiatus fag, a fan of a series with almost nonexistent art
