Dead Apostle Ancestor isn't a thing in Fate worlds and they are called 上級死徒 instead (eng wiki translated it as Superior Dead Apostle). Also spoiler for Case Files:

This case also hints that Fate world and Tsukihime world have become two seperated worlds with two different foundation after something which happened in the 5th century AD.
I thought Fate and Tsukihime timelines diverge 4,000 years ago when Crimson Moon makes a contract with Gaia or not.

She was 100% created by Gaia in the inner sea of the planet, isn't related to Crimson Moon and doesn't have vampiric impulses (though she would drink blood to get a large amount of mana in some emergency cases, just like absorbing Gao's Saint Graph in Lostbelt 3)

DAA, not True Ancestor. See She acts like Guda's senpai (since she went to Chaldea before Guda) and yeah she still hates human, vampire and the MC, though i think she is a bit tsundere. In her interlude, she asked Emiya Archer "how to deal with a person that you really hate?" (reference to the relationship between him and Shirou, her interlude name is also the same as a part in Taiga Dojo IIRC. She asked Ishtar and Parvati first and then they told her to talk with Emiya lol). She only loves her husband anyway.
Fate has TA's and DA's it only lacks 27 DAA and Fate TA were not corrupted by Crimson Moon.
She hates FGO Master, since they're the one who defeated her and destroyed her dreams. She later learns to tolarate him, after going to Chaldea and reuniting with her husband

Also to be honest LB3 is literally the worst Lostbelt so far, especially when Urobuchi couldn't give any proper reason for why Consort Yu falls in love with LB Xiang Yu (LB Xiang Yu =/= Panhistory Xiang Yu aka who loves her). LB Xiang Yu doesn't have any memory about Yu Miaoyi & his relationship with her and she had to tell him everything that happened in the Panhistory. Mordred is also kind of just there eventhough i do understand he wanted the three musketeers (betrayal version) with Mordred, Jing Ke and Spartacus. I still like Spartacus's sacrifice scene tho anyway.
She will probably want to find out if her husband was also summoned by other Master. If not she will probably try to win the Holy Grail and wish to be reunited with him.

Honestly don't give a shit what he does with FGO in terms of story telling using tsukihime lore if he just released the remake. It would be insulting if he uses FGO to pull the same shit he did years ago when Ilya's route was asked and he pointed to Prisma Illya as her route.
