I watched it several years ago, just didn't do anything for me. I love shoujo's especially campy older ones and this has that vibe but something just didn't click. Great designs, interesting story and concept, cool world, wonderful OST and yet.....I just didn't feel much for it.

This is another anime just like LotGH where the soundtrack makes it so fucking great.

LoGH's soundtrack got annoying for me at times. It's not bad usually but sometimes it just felt like they put classical music in the background despite it not fitting what was going on. Tutu does a much better job of matching the music to the visuals.

Check other Junichi Satou's works, I highly recommend Ojamajo Doremi but only if you are into long series (a new movie is also coming out next year).

I know it's boring if everything has a cliche ending where they get together and live happily ever but I at least wanted to see that happen with this show.

I love what we got instead of some asspulled clear-cut happy ending, it's the bittersweetness that makes it good. And it's consistend with the story.
