Lord El-Melloi II Case Files is a mystery-genre light novel series about Waver's life as a Lord with his students. It mostly focuses on the magecraft world, especially the main setting aka Clock Tower (three main factions, political powers, departments, system,...). This anime is an adaption of vol 4 & 5 (Rail Zeppelin case) + some new original content for the first half to explain some important stuff in other cases. The story happens after Fate/Zero and before FSN. If you like Waver then you could give it a try i guess ?
