Mana gets dragged into the storm caused by Soma’s magic. Originally, the stripping (Osazuke) pulse transmits from the one who activated it to the ones around that person and they then get stripped. The ones around are affected by “Ohajike” which scatters the clothes of those affected. So, this means that both the “Osazuke” and “Ohajike” are activated at the same time. Azami knows about this phenomena but it’s the first time he actually sees it.

The reason why Mana considered Soma’s dish to be more delicious was because Asahi doesn’t have his own taste. Mana points out that Asahi himself knew about that and in order to ignore this reality, he continued to steal knives.

Asahi said he surpassed Jouichiro, but Soma feels like the Jouichiro he used to fight in his childhood was much stronger.

After losing this fight, Asahi asks Soma to return the knife to Jouichiro for him, saying that he’s not worthy for it since he wasn’t able to go to the top. But Soma answers that if he got it by winning against Jouichiro then he should also keep it with confidence.

Soma asks why Asahi wanted to make Erina his wife.

Jouichiro told him about his wife who sucked at cooking, yet always enjoyed cooking. And he was told that the trick to become a good chef is to meet someone who you want to dedicate your whole cooking to. So it was just to become stronger, but Soma realizes that Asahi wanted to have something else.

While everyone celebrates Soma’s win, Mana tells them that she still hasn’t acknowledged Soma.

I've been expecting it to end with 317, or perhaps as much as 319 if they cram in 10 chapter per volume for the last two volumes, but at they rate we're going they may just surprise me a do one more volume than I expected.
