Do you remember this Isekai series
Hudson Phillips
Nicholas Martinez
Yes because I wanted to fuck dorothy, and the Mc is a fag for not wanting to that too.
Joseph Ward
Nanashi basically a modern Isekai protag:
> die in his own world
> get transport to another world ( by his black hole)
> Get his own harem.
Cooper Wilson
Hell yeah I remember reading snoopycool scans of this back in the day, like it more than almost all isekai I've read in the past several years.
Lucas Taylor
Isn't he like 12 or something?
Jack Hall
I had a preview for this back in high school and I've been trying to remember the name for weeks
Evan Kelly
I actually own these volumes, from way back in my HS days. It's a short, fun little tournament isekai.
Hudson Anderson
Me too, and i actually like most of the characters, unlike today isekai.
Lucas Murphy
Alexander Wright
Is it worth reading Mar Omega? From what I've heard it's shit, and it isn't written or drawn by Anzai anyways.
Michael Carter
I try the first volume and it pretty shit.
Nathan Rivera
This and Beet are fun shounen from that time. I don't see much talk of either anymore though.
Grayson Young
>start from a somewhat fun concept
>3/4 of the manga is just a tourney arc
Ian Baker
It's, a thing. Honestly not worth it, while I didn't completely hate it, it doesn't add anything, except for a rather small amount of more Dorothy early on.
Caleb Nguyen
Sunday had some decent battle manga during that era, but MÄR isn't one.
Nathan Diaz
>big bad is sentient collective hatred
yawn desu
Adam Taylor
I always remember that Nanashi is Joker from Recca. That's always the first thing I think about when I see this series.
Brody Phillips
Oddly, the only thing I remember from this is the porn
Daniel King
flame of recca > mar
Mason Hill
Yes. I actually genuinely enjoy this series back in the days. Read it again not long ago and it was not a disappointment l.
Zachary Williams
It had amazing openings and endings.
Austin Taylor
Loco is best girl and it's not even close
Nathan Taylor
i remember it was shit
Jose Smith
the vandal buster? RIP
Jackson Lee
The art made me think of Rave Master but turns out it was written by that guy who made that trainwreck Flame of Recca
Nicholas Jackson
There a guy in Flame of Recca that also appear in MAR and a major character. Guess who?
John Richardson
Goku
Jaxon Sullivan
Didn't stop him from having a hard in for the girl in the real world.
Ryan Cooper
Same. Read it first during Snoopycool's era and never really warmed up to it. It just seemed so overwhelmingly by the numbers. My memory of it is already hazy, but I think I also was somehow irked by the mc getting his powerups a bit too easily, making him seem like some bad fanfic self-insert, not unlike the feeling shoddy isekai novels nowadays elicit in me. If you want something from Anzai, go with Flame of Recca instead. While not a fountain of fresh ideas itself, it worked a lot better for me.
Mason Flores
i'll never forget how the dandy metal ball with fancy moustaches can turn into a big tiddy angel
Easton Scott
I'm still sad about aqua
Logan Perez
Some of the abilities looked neat, pretty creative as far as naming and design go, free reign to do pretty much whatever.
Angel Sanchez
I vaguely remember a character based on Dorothy from wizard of oz.
Henry Stewart
Read it about 6 months ago, thought it was shit.
Most of the characters were likable, but the story and fights just weren't interesting.
Jason Sullivan
>Flame of Recca
>Trainwreck
The manga is pretty okay actually. It's Dark Tournament-esque arc is better than the YYH one.
The anime is dogshit though.
Easton Jackson
Isn't it running again? I thought it started up again last year.
Easton Watson
Flame of Recca was the B O S S
