Episode 7 is out
Kenja no Mago
Red is for me.
Rapist
how the fuck did this get an anime adap?
Is this still the most generic isekai that ever isekaied? I feel before the end of episode 1 and had no interest going back
Don't open.
It does what its supposed to be pretty well. A generic iskeia with an op dude and fun characters. It doesn't want to be anymore and that is what makes it good.
So it's shit?
OTP
They really upped the comedy this episode. I like the direction this is taking.
Look how small she is.
Anal.
>rush the edgy serious war last episode
>so that we can have fanservice and silly shit
Based. They really do know how to handle a generic isekai that plays itself completely straight.
Smug granny
Anal with boars!
It has committed the greatest sin of all, it's fun.
>beastiality
More like bestiality.
>makes all his friends over powered too
Based Shin
Why are these low quality adaptations not at least putting more effort into the fanservice?
>having a psuedo-orgasm over being groped
how sensitive are they?
Very
I wonder if magic enhances it somehow.
Decent episode. Liked the comedy.
Yellow is best girl.
I have no idea what it is specifically but I love this show. People saying it's like a perfect generic isekai, I get what they're saying, but I disagree with the label generic. It might be predictable but it's not lacking imagination or originality. The ways in which the MC is oblivious to the world's customs, politics, and power dynamics are interesting and much more "realistic" in the sense that he acts in the way that someone from our world would likely act if they were in that position. He's incredibly OP but still in awe and filled with wonder with the world because he retains all his memories of the "normal" world he came from, him being isolated growing up I think helps this character development since he's still experience every day life like a regular high school guy would but that same ignorance leads to him accidentally turning all his friends into weapons of mass destruction.
What a lot of other isekais seem to bungle is the other world you came from, it seems to frequently be forgotten or pointless. However, like Shin creating a treadmill for smug granny, he actually does something with that knowledge from another world. Chad Extrovert Isekai MC turning all his friends into walking super weapons vs Virgin Introvert Isekai MC's being too dense and scared to embrace the new world.
I think it just understands that a gary stu is only as good as the side characters that bounce off of him.
Perflat
This is the main reason I'm watching it for, the interactions and side characters. There are nice facial expressions here and there as well.
Actually perfection.
I'm sorry Redbros. I'm a Yellowfag now.
I forced them to
True, also the fact that it's a more positive lighthearted/upbeat show after a few darker/edgy ones like Shield Hero and Goblin Slayer (not isekai but still), if it was released in an era of super positive happy go lucky stuff I might view it differently
But where are her nipples?
So next episode should be the confession, attempted sex and maybe marriage proposal.
This knight has good taste.
I love all the focus on the side characters in this.
The part with Yellow, Orange, and Glasses was especially fun.
>Let's make a class of walking tactical nukes, nothing wrong with that
Also Megane best girl, marriage material
Mariage proposal next week?
Probably the episode after. Next week should be the confession though.
>WOOOOW I NEVER THOUGHT TO TRAIN MY MAGICAL CONTROL SASUGA
This is why Shin Walford is the only person he respects, everyone else is as dumb as a brick.
Brown man apparently killed or turned everyone in the Empire into demons. So what's his endgame? Taking over the world?
Post webms.
>just increase your magic power a bit each day
Seriously? Not a single person in the story of magic, never ever tried to increase their magic power?
Chaos, he doesn't care anymore.
Maybe they weren't doing it the right way. It was Merlin's special method or something.
What the fuck is the point of knights?
His endgame was taking over the empire. After that he didn't really give a shit anymore and just wanted to chill and maybe do some experiments or something. It's only because the rest of his lackeys talked him into doing something more that he's "active" again, and even then he's not really involved and it's mainly his strategist and his elite squad doing shit. Hell, he even told everyone to ignore Shin but his right hand felt like they had to eliminate him because he could be a threat.
>Also Megane best girl, marriage material
A man of taste.
>At war against demonoids
>Lets not militarize Shin's magic
Prince please
It was a request from gramps that Shin couldn't be used for any military or political advantage or else they'd fuck off.
>fun characters
Yes
Yellow is best. Thank you for your service, yellowposter and other yellowfags.
I'm looking forward to the moment when he starts levitating rocks and then flying.
Healing paizuri
The characters are awful and even on the scale of overpoweredness this guy is basically Saitama of his universe at age of 15. It's complete garbage unless they do a 180 at some point and just make him go full evil where the whole world fights against him, which is the only reason why I even bother reading this shit anymore.
I think turning the Prince and his fellow classmates into walking nukes goes against that.
getting hotter
Best boys
>no you can't learn this amazing new power that would be militarizing Shin's magic
>btw all you guys who learned Shin's amazingly powerful magic techniques are 100% going to join our armed forces
????????
not going to lie the last 2 episodes have been shit
i think the logic here is that its too late now because they have already become strong
The logic doesn't bear out though. If it's okay to recruit people trained by Shin then what's the harm in having him train people already in the army? In fact it's dumb not to considering by his own admission they need all the help they can get.
Well the magic academy is it's own institution not affiliated with the state I believe. So Shin is teaching his fellow students and then the military is recruiting them. I guess it's basically a loop hole to get around the promise the King made to Merlin.
>Well the magic academy is it's own institution not affiliated with the state I believe
This academy:
>is personally owned and operated by the head of state (king)
>has uniforms identical to the military
>recruits graduates into the military
>trains students to fight exactly the same way the military does
Yeah I'm not buying it.
You have the power to make and post webms too, faggot.
>spent all day downloading the episode thanks to a really shitty internet connection and it's finally done
At last, the second half of the comfiest day of the week this season is here.
Joining the military would mean fighting other nations and people, they're just gearing up to fight demons/demonoids which threaten everyone
Things like that sneeze is the reason i'm watching this
They're already in an academy run by the government with the explicit purpose of training new soldiers, they wear the same uniform as soldiers, are trained to fight like soldiers, and are going to be fighting alongside soldiers in a war.
Nobody who is paranoid about them "militarizing" the magic is going to mollified by this.
it's not all about other nations opinion but about Merlin and smug granny. As long as they don't overtly "militarize" Shin and the other kids he's turned into WMDs those two will be placated. Shin has already hinted at this with his comments about protecting his friends but I'm sure all the adults understand that if their home were about to be wiped out they'd get involved.
That makes even less sense. If they're willing to make exceptions for Shin's friends why not the ones already in the military? It feels like arbitrary restrictions for no reason.
I see what you mean but instead of arbitrary I see it as them giving Shin some leeway. They don't want Shin to be "militarized" or to spread his incredibly powerful magic and cause international chaos but they also know they can't really stop Shin from doing what he wants and he wants to make sure his friends are safe. If they don't let him do that and try to exert too much control over him they risk losing any influence they have. Imagine what would happen if they didn't let Shin teach his friends anything and one of them got drafted or killed in a war with a neighboring kingdom or demonoids?
Of course I've not read any source material if this is based on a LN or something so maybe it gets into this detail there and it's not really explicitly addressed in the show besides some side comments
I love this show.
>granny in the middle of a bunch of cute girls of all sizes
>somehow she's about as fuckable as them
My dick is confused
>having a nice bonding moment with your bros
This was a good episode.
All the girls are cute really.
I like that the exploded poofy hair actually stuck around for a while and wasn't just there in the immediate aftermath.
meatshields for mages who can only make paper thin shields and candle sized fireballs
>no wrinkles
>no sagging
Based.
