I found Wiper annoying until the end of the arc when I understood where he was coming from at least but he never got to the point where I was really in love with the guy.
I liked Kyros from the beginning though and only liked him more as time went on. His backstory is gutwrenching and it's satisfying to finally see him be freed from the 10 years of hell he had to be put through.
We haven't seen enough of him yet in Wano but Ashura Doji has already left a good impression on me and I'm looking forward to all the cool stuff he'll end up doing when he gets roped into the action eventually.

Why would he need to make a big cut to kill the slime, when he explained his plan? The impressive part was that the resulting explosion couldnt harm anyone because Kinemon can cut fire.
Zoro has seen Kinemon do this multiple times and commented on it every time because he still can’t save his nakama from explosions and dragons breath. The central theme of swordsmanship as taught by Koshiro, the strongest sword is the one that can protect from anything.
Kinemon is the closest character to that ideal shown so far in the story.

The sun is shining directly on the red line but it's shaded gray, then had the shading taken away for a tunnel with no obvious light source (also your first example is the same wall at the same time so what's lighting it in one panel and not the other?). The gray isn't going away because of shading you idiot, it's for the composition of the shot. One Piece rarely uses screentones for shading, it's almost always for mood, atmosphere and drawing focus in a panel.

Show an example of Shanks hair or a road glyph not shaded grey. You can make excuses but it’s obvious from what’s been posted that the red line is neither red like Shanks hair and the Road Glyph or Grey.
I didn’t post that image. You may be right as to why Oda uses circumstantial greys to denote fundamentally black and white objects. Shanks hair and the Road Glyph are the only objects that are fundamentally grey in their representation in the manga; to denote their special matching unique red.
