I have a theory that after coming back to the inn, she reminisced about the first time she started changing thanks to meeting Fuutarou. That's not clear at all. Leaving out that on a meta level it would be bizarre if 1 out of the 5 sisters who otherwise never agree on anything didn't fall in love with him, there are a lot of small moments and interactions between the two that suggest romantic attraction from her end.

Perhaps another encouraging tidbit that will help you hope on, Scrambled Eggs is the 'turning point' of this manga. Ichika entered the bowl, the kiss happened -- and also Itsuki learned that there was a bowl at all (pic related is the moment Miku told her she liked Fuuts -- could be surprise, could be an oh shit moment). Since then, Itsuki's been very interested in the fact that her sisters are also into Fuuts. At first I thought it was because she was trying to smoke out who stabbed Miku, but we see in Kyoto that she doesn't give two fucks about that. Itsuki's up to something, and I don't think it's all for Yotsuba.
I mean kind of hard to argue for her to be the kisser when just holding onto Fuutarou's arm made her think doing that was incredibly bold. She even said that hug was incredibly bold of her.

Yeah, I know. I believe that the clues in the wedding scenes that only point to Nino and her being the most likely kisser are stronger arguments. The parallels are nice, but not as solid. At this point, there's too much going for Nino and I doubt Negi will throw it away, a proper mystery is built up throughtout the manga and the clues for Nino are there since the beginning, her not winning seems naratively broken. Even if some of the clues are too evident like the charm, people tend to forget that this is aimed at highschoolers (13-17 age), and the meta is really present in the genre, waifufaggotry also blind people. People just don't believe she's the bride because of all that. Negi could've changed his mind, but it doesn't seem like it. I think the "most acceptable ending" Negi talked about refers to this whole idea.

Many of the parallels are just plain old foreshadowing that doesn't really say much more than just being a standard literary device, like the stuff about Nino cutting her hair.
A parallel or two isn't worth much of your time. Neither are a number of smaller clues. But if a character keeps getting them, then it might be worth taking note.
On the other hand, the bell in 60 and the charm in the camping trip arc are far from subtle. I'm also surprised people haven't seen that the panel immediately preceding the pic here is a bell ringing as they leave the shop. That might be important too.
Obviously something will happen between them that will make Fuutarou wear it again. That would be a dead giveaway, so it's endgame material, though.
