When i say that i mean the Joint Training arc, the hero license exam arc and to a lesser degree the tournament arc.
Whenever they are thrown in coflict against the villains it just gets 10 times better. Hori wasted a chance to actually make 1B credible in a fighting sense aby having 1A win + introducing the seven quirks.
The pro hero arc, the current my villain academia arc (meta liberation is a stupid name) + every arc in which a conflict with the villains and the support of heroes makes it a lot stronger story wise.
