Bleach anime adaptation is actually worse when it comes to garbage filler content and limited animaiton but it has a great OST.
Problem with One Piece anime is that it's too streched out while not having that much filler in comparison.

You know, of all its many problems, the one that makes me angriest is the absolutely dogshit sound design. There's so much no-effort lazy sound sample looping and no volume balance or fade and it just sounds like ass.

Honestly, what are the chances it gets remade? It could get a One Piece Kai version but honestly that wouldn't cut it because animation is still utter dogshit outside of key moments of key fights. It needs to be completely remade.
