Lolikano seemed like an advantage when it appeared to be one quint, but now that it's at least two, it's a lot harder to gauge. If it stays at two the original might be able to swing it, but any more than that and I think it's up for question.
Nino's probably at least a Lolikano since she seemed to recognize young Fuutarou. Given that Itsuki is able to pull off a convincing disguise of Lolikano though, even if Itsuki isn't the original it's safe to say that whoever the original is is likely cognitive of the past. With that in mind Nino probably isn't "the" Lolikano.
In all cases, Lolikano's existence seems disadvantageous to her since if it comes into play, the girl who's most unique to the plot element will be the one who gets something out of it. Either by being the prime Lolikano or by being the only one of five that isn't related at all.

Unless Negi's keeping the fact that she made the connection between Fuutarou now and Fuutarou then a secret for some later reveal, it's hard to believe Nino knows as much as she does without realizing she was the girl from the photo. I think Itsuki and Yotsuba have much better cases to be that. She might just be interested in blond haired bad boys because she's a teenage girl with teenage girl tastes.
