But the problem is he's STILL forced into the position of MC even tho he's done nothing to deserve it, Bruno carries the whole thing through and then dies cheaply only so that Giorno can take the position of new boss at the end cus eeer oh right he's the JoJo so I guess we gotta reward him, and can ONLY do so cus he got a completely OP deus ex machina no-u stand at the last second and not cus he's proven himself to be able to take on the mantle (and no, sprinkling a few lines from the team on how he's motivating them with his bullshit is not sufficient enough), and then you try to justify the whole convoluted mess with actuallyy lolfate.exe, it's just pure bullshit even for JoJo standards.

The premise of part 5 has ton of potential imo, but Araki fucked it up. Either make Giorno a more active MC with better motivation , or make him a proper support character who will propel his capo to victory.

it's odd, since the same people who complain about Bruno being de facto MC also complain that Giorno is unrealistically competent and sorts out most the fights.
