How is Hunter x Hunter a deconstruction of shounen? Give examples

It's just a good battle manga that has better villains/side characters than most others, that's why I like it. I never really overanalyzed this manga and I still really love it.

If it was a desconstruction them Shounen basic traits would be the main theme and would be constantly shown in a bad light, that's clearly not the case with HxH

Not really. Take Emission and Conjuration, for example, That one guy that Hisoka was fighting, he was able to make a doppelganger of himself. That ability was conjuration, because it created a physical doppelganger. But Goreinu can create gorillas, and that power is emission, because the gorillas are nen beasts and aren't "physical".
And it's even a plot point that the doppelganger guy has an affinity towards Enhancement, and is better suited to Emission techniques because of that.
So WHY DIDN'T HE MAKE HIS DOPPELGANGER INTO AN EMISSION TECHNIQUE.

And don't even get me started on how Specialization is basically just a category for "anything that the author comes up with, that doesn't fit into the other categories"

I'll be fine with him leaving it ambiguous. That'd be much more preferable than Killua suddenly getting a girlfriend in the epilogue, which so many shōnen are guilty of.

His fighting style also involved deception and confusing the opponent. A Emission-based doppelganger might be very obvious compared to a physical one made with Conjuration.
