TOEI is definitely the best studio for employees
TOEI does not owe employees wages for no reason
TOEI does not require employees to work overtime
TOEI's working environment is the best

Aside from Precure, Toei pretty much only animates shounen.

MADHOUSE requires employees to work over 393 hours a month, and many employees are sick and hospitalized.
SILVER LINK continues to deliberately owe employees a few months' salary, forcing employees to voluntarily resign
Other studios regard employees as robots, and only TOEI treats employees as human beings.

what I learned from this is that is impossible to treat your employees well and provide a quality product for your clients at the same time. I bet this is true for any company regardless of what kind of market they're in.

Star Twinkle looks like shit on the whole, but it's a good example of how a bad show can look 10x better with the right episode director. Some of the episodes look noticeably better.

Super could've at least turned out decent if they actually gave some direction to the writers and animators.

You have to know that TOEI already existed during the Second World War.
TOEI is still the largest studio in Japan until today.
Madhouse and Silver Link cannot be a century-old company.

It has absolutely massive world building and is consistently entertaining. The anime is fucked because of the pacing and because Toei is animating it. Toei has no shame and will gladly make a fucking slideshow.

Now the DBS reputation is stained to the point the fandom is more broken than the Star Wars and Sonic fandoms combined just because Toei CEO is some kike that puts profit above quality.

It is Shueisha's request for TOEI to make One Piece animation.
Because One Piece's style is very difficult to draw, no studio is willing to pick up this job.
Only TOEI has enough staff and financial resources to pick up such long animations.

Last year, TOEI has established a DB studio for DB alone.
Use most of the company's resources on the DB
Even the studio employees of PRECURE and One Piece have been transferred.

Super had 2 months of pre-production as a result of corporate greed from the higher ups at Toei/Shueisha. An average anime will have around 6 months and anime with the healthiest schedules will have 9 months+ worth of pre-production.
Industry veterans were working on Super; they simply did not have enough time to produce a coherent and consistent product.
Toei has learned from their mistake and as a result Super, once it comes back, will have a very healthy production schedule.
Don't talk out of your arse if you don't know what happened behind the scenes.

Skip the first 2 arcs (watch the movies, although RoF sucks either way.
U6 Tournament arc - starts off fun, tournament is mostly bad with a few decent fights.
Black arc- mostly good but has an awful ending.
Tournament of Power arc - Much better animation, horribly executed and too long. Some of the best fights in the series are featured in this arc so it's worth watching, even though you'll want to kill yourself at times.

And while Toei provides the highest base salary, they solve production problems in an unconventional way.
Toei once forced their employees to take holidays but the employees themselves were disappointed because they would rather polish their upcoming episodes more instead, the production department told them they don't care about the quality and that the holidays policy is more important.

Oda likes Toei, and likes how they treat One Piece, because they treat it with respect and they are delivering high quality episodes on regular bases. 90% of seasonal anime look like shit compared to One Piece, only 1 or 2 shows per season have higher quality, but they don't have high quality movies on the side either.
