I wonder if however this arc will get resolved will influence the overall dynamics of the Yuragi Inn.
I mean we basically have nearly all of the characters replaced by their younger selves, even their minds are. Whatever memories they'll make now should affect their relationships in the future. For instance all of the girls can see a weak, nearly useless perverted Kogarashi. When we'll eventually get the originals back will they remember all of this? Will they remember it in the chronological order, or will their memories be altered to fit the time shift. In the later case will Shakuhito's ass really the first male ass Sagiri sees or more importantly what will be Nonko'a allegiance or the Miria's for that matter.

She'll need to fill in her role in his life now.
Which probably also means that he'll fall in love with her. (I mean right now as a kid)

Most of that's answered back in chapter 72 when Kogarashi was originally hit by the youth water. He was back to his normal self when it wore off, and he remembered everything he'd been doing while it was in effect. There do not seem to have been any retroactive changes in how he remembered things.

Why would they? Chisaki's vision of the future already showed that they all still loved Kogarashi when he permanently lost his power. So that wouldn't shake their love for him. The accidental lewdness is the same shit that happens all the time to their present selves, and Kogarashi is responding to it in much the same way, so that's not going to bother them. Kogarashi is a bit of a hotheaded brat as a child, but that's fairly reasonable given the whole constantly getting possessed thing and it's not how he is now.

All told there are no shocking revelations or changes going forward that would make them change how they feel about Kogarashi.
