God awful animation, Amai Mask straight up has a Lazy eye in the opening and the filter they put on everything is just fucking awful, plus the overuse of flurry style attacks ghosts the screen so bad you can't even tell who's in the shot. Overall it also feels exceptionally more rushed than S1, which is probably more due to the source material, but there's no denying it could be done better. Everything about it feels a hell of a lot more cheap, in terms of both production and writing, leaving it feeling a hell of a lot more generic and lackluster

Nope. S1 pace was perfect because it animated 37 chapters in 12 eps; JC Staff thought would be a good idea animate 47 chapters in 12 eps, that's why it's so freaking rushed. And you know what? To avoid this awful rush that cut out the pathos and the deep of many moments and characters (above all Fubuki), they just needed to make 13 eps instead of 12. Nothing would have changed for the airing, but the quality would have gone up a lot

That's not from the manga. I think they're animations made by Murata himself though. The manga fights themselves are nowhere near that good and actually look pretty bad. Look at chapter 17 to see what I mean (saitama vs genos)
