And the way OP divvied up the frames seems like it'll result in a much smoother end result. As great as past works are, everything just flies by too fast to truly enjoy IMO.

It seems pretty good to me user, the only issue I see is the stud on his right knee isn't coloured in for a frame making it look like it's teleporting and the final frame seemingly getting a bit more detailed than the frame prior to it which is easily fixed if you just delete one of them.

You can just submit Yomi and the bubble in one image and the background in another. If it's not a huge pain in the ass, you could also try animating the background to have that raining text effect so it has a moving background like the original OP. If not, either I could give it a shot or another user could try doing it if that's fine with you.
About a week after you claim something. When it gets to the point where we're only waiting on a handful of frames, then you'll probably have less time but as long as you show that you're working on it then I won't reopen anything.

Not sure what you mean by libraries. From what I've seen it's similar to flash but you can draw raster images and vectors.
Looks cool but thing is, learning how to use a new tool for a one time project is more time consuming than just making that project inefficiently.
