Yuru Camp is the best I've seen by a long way, but I haven't seen that many.

I've seen K-On & Lucky Star & Comic Girls & Coffee-Shop-Plus-Rabbit, though, and they're all garbage. (Except Comic Girls. That's almost garbage but it's redeemed by the pouting sexpot known as Kaos.)

P.S. Galaxy Angel is pretty good but I'm not sure it counts as CGDCT. It has a plot, sort of. Anyway, Millfeulle = cutest girl.
