Albedo, because of this event, created a group to hunt the world for other supreme beings. But she didn't use stealth characters to create an intelligence network. She used things strong enough to kill the guild member if they were ever found and it is being kept a secret to other NPCs. Only Ainz knows and thinks she is just helping him find his friends.
These characters put in motion the end game of the series.
