If you want a serious answer, the series is split into parts. Each part follows a new main character who is part of the same bloodline and can have their name shortened to JoJo in some way. Each part also varies wildly in setting, tone, and even genre sometimes. Fore example, Part 1 is buff English gentleman vs buff vampire, while Part 4 is Japanese high school delinquent vs Serial Killer with hand fetish. Some parts are contained in a small setting, some are big globetrotting adventures, and some lie in the middle.

One of my favorite aspects of JoJo is seeing Araki evolve over time as an artist and writer

Nope, it’s gonna be at least 120 chapters but probably closer to 150. In terms of page count and length we’re already past the point in SBR where Diego and Hotpants died and the ending is still nowhere near in sight. It’s probably going to be the last Part, unless Part 9 is very short or Araki let’s his assistants do more work.

Kaato is 100% not the villain. She doesn’t know about Rock Humans or any of what Jobin’s doing based on her dialogue in chapter 59, she’s just helping him out because she trusts he knows what he’s doing.

He moved to a monthly magazine with pages that are nearly twice as big, and he took full advantage of those two facts.

The rock humans were brought as decoration for the fruit parlor, and it wasn't until they were gathered that they contacted Jobin, so I doubt Jobin himself made that order. I might me misremembering something.

I'm pretty sure that Jobin started "importing" and "exporting" them after meeting them.

Aishou was shipped in the container because he was smuggling the Rokakaka over from Papua New Guinea. They probably were already in Japan considering they possess human identities already, and Yagiyama even got a degree with his identity so they had to have been in Japan a long time beforehand. Also Aishou wasn’t part of the smuggling ring until Yagiyama recruited him while he was in Japan, so being smuggled over in the container couldn’t have been how he first arrived because it would imply he already worked for Damo. It’s likely they just fly over to PNG and then smuggle themselves and the Rokakaka over by boat to avoid the Rokakaka being discovered by any humans. Kaato’s language in chapter 59 implied that she had zero idea what Jobin was up to which to me suggests she has nothing to do with Rock Humans at all, at least not knowingly. Plus her main motivation so far is dedicating herself to helping out Jobin. She seems more akin to Kira’s dad in that she’s the antagonist’s parent who helps them out and is integral to their strategy than the main antagonist herself.

I see, that makes sense. I guess it's time to re-read.
