He's also not motivated to fight a lot which is why his record has so many losses even if they are just due to absence.

I'd say that if not for Omori challenging Agito and convincing him to use Martial Arts, Sen would likely win. Martial Arts allows Agito faster reaction, which led to counter-initiative with breaking Sen's fingers, and then he further evolved into pre-initiative which led to One Inch Punch when Sen was about to perform Stardrop.

I'd say it's not outside the realms of possibility. Koga certainly wasn't trained at Rokushin Kaikan, and arrived to big city only recently, though he probably were in several towns to challenge dojos after learning there. And as he's more than likely to be related to Narushima Joji, the meeting might be sooner than we think. That being said, first we have a month with Kureishi.

That being said, Rokushin Kaikan is against participating in Kengan matches and underground martial arts in general, which was previous master's wishes and which is why Wakatsuki was expelled.

This is real world, kiddo, not meme "martial arts" of Baki. Real martial arts used to fights that can end in death or serious injury, especially after multiple consecutive fights. And some martial arts moves can actually cause death, like toe kick.

It's technically for the sport but there are a few psychos that aim to kill. One fighter dies during a match, another one dies from him injuries hours after the match.

Its hard to tell if Koga will make it, Kazzy isn't making any promises but at the same is giving him a lot of credit for someone of his current powerlevel, and Koga has this whole trying to prove himself thing going on and refused to talk to Kazzy about purgatory despite having the chance to.
The only real possibility is he doesn't get a spot purely because of inside politics forcing some other fighter on Kazzy, which would break Koga's heart and probably make him try to muscle his way into the purgatory roster instead, which is very likely to have looser restrictions on candidates.
