There are equally valid arguments for 1-2 so there not much sense arguing about who the kisser is as Negi made sure not to give any definite proof

Itsuki has been hiding her things from Yotsuba even before the field trip started, these 2 are always together, of course Yotsuba would notice something was odd because why would Itsuki hide something from her in the first place? This makes the wingman theory even more believable because that theory stated that Yotsuba might've wanted Fuutarou to forget about OG lolikano by having Itsuki lend her a hand and pretend to be her while rejecting Fuutarou in the lake. But then Itsuki noticed Yotsuba's feelings in chapter 72 on how she's actually more attached to Fuutarou than any of the other quints so she came back again to Fuutarou dressed as Rena in the mall to make him remember and did this too in Kyoto. Itsuki only posed a picture with Fuutarou because that's the only thing she knows based on the picture and she didn't even mention where the charms where bought because Yotsuba might've been the one that bought them.

first of all, all of the quints are lolikano. Second, No that's completely wrong only two of them met "thugfuu" in the past. Original lolikano was Yotsuba, the one who spent the entire day with him 5 years ago. When the sun was setting she offered him to stay at their inn until Fuu's teacher picks him up. Yotsuba then tells the other quints of this guy I met today (Fuutarou). 2nd lolikano is Ichika, played cards with him until he was picked up.

What bothered me isn't that Miku ran away after everything was put into the open on that first day. I didn't like how her sisters needed to do practically everything for her except the actual statement "I love you". It was too neat and clean, and it took away some chances for her to get stronger and show initiative. The Nino pep talk was fine, and so was Ichika switching places with her. Did we need to have the four follow her and make sure she confesses, too? That struck me as overkill.

Thing is, this arc isn't just about Miku and that's what a lot of people are skipping. Miku here is pretty much a foil to all of the other sisters except Itsuki; despite the fact that she was a part of the war, she didn't blame anyone (Yotsuba also didn't do it but she was a "culprit" and thus had "guilt"; the idea was to show Miku as the white dove unable to turn against others somehow, hence why she STILL doesn't blame Ichika and her doing sopretty much one of the things that allow them to understand each other again.)

For most of them, them going after Miku is less about helping Miku (Yotsu even admitted that her helping Miku was a problem, because she didn't care about the "helping someone will hurt someone else" earlier)"and more about trying to rebuild their bonds.

I can't even hate the manga for making them all help Miku randomly, it's so awkward that it becomes funny instead since it's pretty much just a very poorly done collateral here, rather than bad characterization, and almost everything it solved has been caused by them in the first place.
It's probably just happening to allow an half-assed reunion arc to exist with them having to work together to save the "innocent one", which is probably the best idea Negi got to make this happen since their "too pure to be hated sister" is everything they have in common. At this point this whole helping Miku thing is more of a plot device than something really about the character, honestly. And this is a feeling that I've had for many chapters.

This arc because this arc was pretty unsatisfying in a few ways and good in a few. I'm glad they were able to finally resolve the important issue of what would happen if someone else got picked because they are sisters, but the way it was executed felt sloppy. I know it's a family story before a harem romcom needing everyone to do everything for Miku cheapens her otherwise cute date/confession. But I get it sister bonds and whatnot.
If people liked this arc, more power to them, but personally I think this arc was the weakest because it was the one where it felt like things were being written a bit haphazardly without any future thought or regard to past chapters. The Ichika knowing Fuutarou was the kid from back then being the most prominent example of this.
There was a lot of good set up for this arc, but ultimately it's wasted potential imo.

I think the manga will end before season 2 starts. It really just depends on how Negi planned things out and how quickly the studio gets to work on it. If Negi was serious about ending this year or early next year then I am mostly sure we will be finished before season 2 airs. I would imagine season 2 would start around end of this year to middle of next year. If the manga ends before the show starts, threads should be much slower since people will just know all the mysteries and such and spoilers will be flying around everywhere.

That doesn't really make me think any better of it. That's still a weak confession. It had no surprises, it gave us no new knowledge, it gave us no new plot twists, and it doesn't seem like it changed Fuutarou's feelings much. To the extent that it was interesting, it was interesting for basically everything but the feelings itself. That's basically like saying her overall character arc this series will never be about getting her feelings across and more about developing her sisters and growing as a person herself.

Now, for example, if we had learned that Fuu knew she liked him during the confession and not before, that could have made things interesting. If Negi had chosen a different way for the sisters to make up and left Miku to her own devices during that course, we could have seen character growth on her part.

As it is? Miku's confession seemed like it was about everything but the actual confession. I'm not sure how that's a good sign for her chances.

Final exams: Ichika knows she has to beat Miku to confess her feelings. She gets the top score, but Nino confesses anyways. Ichika overhears.
Post-Scrambled Eggs: He checks Ichika and Nino's lips for kisser related stuff. Miku provides competition for Nino getting her job and a sacrificial lamb for Ichika's snakery.

The fact that Miku was carried throughout in order to confess and in the end Fuut just acknowledges her love just shows that Negi's done with her character. Ichika and Nino have been my favorite from at least a quarter in. I liked Miku but I felt like she became a bit of a bore apart from the occasional chapter where she gets jealous.

I really like Ichika too. I don't get the whole hating her for being "sneaky". She's just coming back to her old childhood personalty after realizing she doesn't have to be mother hen in all aspects of her life, plus it's a breath of fresh hair.
