Should the West allow anime? I am not sure it is within the purview of American audiences. Women, especially young women like in anime should not be treated like this. And women should not be sexualized for male viewers.

I'm pretty sure that via definition the West can't make anime because anime is defined as an eastern made animation
Even if it looks like anime, if it's made in the West it's technically not anime
