Here's the problem that people don't talk about on Mandarake until it happens, which it does, a lot.

So I run with Bank Of America and I always get this loop because I'm using my credit card for adult restricted items which paypal doesn't allow. Yea, common. So what I do is call up my bank's fraud department and tell them that I'm trying to buy something and for them to allow the "verified by visa" "3d secure" transaction to go through. Yours is the mastercard equivalent. When this first happened, the banks regular customer service were worthless. It wasn't until I got to the fraud departments customer service that it worked. It only takes a few minutes. Call, let them know, and then they release it. You then just go through the payment on Mandarake smoothly. The bank kept saying we had to activate verified by visa but in reality there was no way to do it. They don't even know that which is ridiculous.

I learned from someone else who used a different bank. Not sure what his was as it was years ago. But if normal customer service doesn't work for you, then try to ask for fraud department or something else. That seems to be the only way to get it to work. I have to do this almost every single time I order from there because most of the time it's adult items.

FYI, if you just keep trying without fixing the verify loop, you may freeze the order. The loop bug will change a bit and then you're screwed. If that happens, you'll have to have Mandarake fix it which is even more steps to take and that will take time to talk them unlike the bank which is over the phone instantly. IIRC Mandarake ended up canceling the order and I had to reorder it.

I bought a figure from Plamoya. It was new and I paid a lot for it but I was okay with that because it is an old figure.

When it arrived, it was in good condition. What was not in good condition was the box. The cardboard was torn and the lid was sort of half-open with one flap spilling out the side.

Even more concerningly, the actual plastic frame that holds the figure was badly frayed and torn at several points.

I am not a box autist so I don't really care but I honestly don't know how this can happen if the figure is new. Also posting to warn people if they order from Plamoya.
