It's a gradual build up. You start by creating good habits that can last you a lifetime over the course of months, and then keep doing more. Surrounding yourself with reminders like what's on his wall is a good strategy. I actually managed to turn my life around for 2 years until an extremely traumatic experience that includes drugs and betrayal dropped me back down to square one. Even then, I'm picking up the pieces again. Start with things like proper rest, exercise, nutrition, or learning.

It still feels like Kaguya has separate personalities despite what Aka tries to say. The fact is that she talks within her mind with personalities she doesn't consider the same as her. I talk to myself too if I want to simulate conversation or to bounce ideas off of "someone" but I know there's only one of me in here.
Personally, the biggest problem is that he turned a one off gag into something serious. I think he handled Shirogane's depiction much better of a person who's hiding behind a mask. It simply revealed the true reason behind his studious nature.

Yeah, it really doesn't make any sense. 300 students out of ~1.7 million test takers get perfect SAT scores every year. It doesn't make any sense for Prez and Mikado to be so much better than everyone else, especially when they apparently didn't even get perfect scores themselves.

I don't expect her to notice before it all blows up (I don't expect most people would, given the information they both have) but, as usual, especially for this story, the answer is communication. If she wants to see under his mask just because she's curious about him, and not because she wants to judge his worthiness, she should say so. Maybe in response to him telling her that's what he thinks she's asking of him.

Who knows how it'll really go, though.
