I can't, other than the coincidence that female mary sues are usually feminists while Inner Moka gives off more of a she-wolf vibe.

That depende on the audience though. Feminist Mary Sues are for western audiences, often misguided attempts to get female viewers, while anime/manga Mary Sues are divided into female-aimed Mary Sues. Female fans want useless girls that we're told they're strong women but need to be saved all the time for bishies because she's so special and unique, both by destiny and for being so sweet and cute. Male fans want a strong female character that show her legs and tits and kick ass but she's tamed by MC and sooner and later MC become stronger than her for putting her back to her place

I wouldn't be surprised if feminists condired Inner Moka a feminist icon, if not wanting to outright to become like her.
