Last time, despite the whooping he caught from Red Emperor, Takashi couldn't help but be excited over participating in the ZEROS' gathering; especially as it made him seem a little bit cooler in the eyes of his peers. After accidentally busting up Shinya's bike, Shinya told Mitsu to go and grab Gerako's Hawk2 from Setagaya since Gerako had gotten arrested for threatening his parents. Mitsu and Takashi head out and seeing as the bike still runs they decide to hide it and use it for themselves.

I feel like there's a bit of an error here. As far as I can tell How To Be Big isn't one of Yazawa's songs but the title of his autobiography which likely would've just come out during the time these early chapters are set.

For what it's worth, The Shanels (or Chanels?) changed their name pretty fast to Rats & Star because of a threat of legal action from the actual Chanel brand. Also one of their album covers was done by Andy Warhol.
