Really with any INT check high enough you could reasonably figure it out. What's more, it kinda seems more Ainz style to kill him and immediately turn him into an Undead of some sort. Undead have to obey their master, and so on.

There's all sorts of High level DnD spells that are pretty much worth than death. There's an 8th level spell that imprisons you beneath the Earth. There's spells like Banishment that just boot you off the material plane. If the only thing the boy has got is the power to "reload" then that can be easily dealt with. Dominate Humanoid comes to mind.

These are enemies that would one shot them quite literally instantly and Megumin's explosion would need to be cast dozens of times to do significant damage on them.

Only two people have figured out his powers. One did it by reading his memories while being personally familiar with the Witch of Envy and how her powers work. I'm really not sure how the Witch works. When she gets like that, she basically just starts eating the world until Subaru dies. This isn't her full self, since that's sealed away, but she's generally still able to kill and eat everyone and everything.

It's not one of his trump cards and he wouldn't use it easily. I'd say it's 50/50 if he finds out Subaru can reverse time and could possibly be a danger in the sense that he would tip off people at Ainz level. Also always runs away in first encounters if he judges the other person to be strong to later come back and win 100%, if Subaru even counters 1 of Ainz move, Ainz will treat that as preparations against him and any more counters and Ainz would make it his mission to kill Subaru in this encounter because he would judge his chances would be lower next time since the enemy knows so much already. I believe his next spell would be something to give him room, so something like [Nuclear Blast] which would one shot anyone in the Isekai Quartet except the Overlord cast

Also they have 12 seconds to live once he casts it, they can't run away, their only option is to kill Ainz before those 12 seconds are up and Ainz can't cast anymore.

It doesn't work like that. The NPC know that Ainz is Ainz because all the NPCs are able to sense an unique aura from other beings that lets them discern friend from foe, and among those, they can discern among regular NPCs and the Supreme Beings. They would never mistake Ainz for someone else.

And if Subaru knows when the betrayal from someone like Demiurge and Albedo might come around he could use that to his advantage. In short, he could use Ainz and the power of Nazarick to his ends if he was Machiavellian enough and manipulative enough.

Kazuma is played for laughs but he is literally the summoned hero destined to save the world. He was always powerful.
The world of Konosuba is a comedy but it is also the most dangerous of the 4 Isekai realms. Everything in it is trying to kill humanity (even harmless food will attack them and try to kill them) and humanity is barely surviving.
Kazuma has the classic 'weakest' class role of adventurer which grows slowly but ends up the strongest of all. He can chain cast different skills and use magic items he makes himself. His team is the worlds strongest paladin, arch-mage and priest; yes they are fuck ups but his skill set and their team work make them the most powerful. He is also supernaturally lucky and has the blessing of the goddess of luck in addition to Aqua's help.

I'd say that the delay TGoALiD adds is a big weakness and Aqua could kill him before it triggers... but Aqua is dumb enough that she wouldn't react to the giant clock and instead just laugh at Ainz for casting a spell that didn't work.

The people of that world literally won't even remember that someone ever existed if that data is stolen from the Od Lagna.

Ainz being strong is the point, his role is the evil overpowered guy that appears out of nowhere and suddenly the world has to deal with him. Overlord is what happens in a "maou" situation when you don't have plot armored heroes.

A lot of Reinhardt’s blessings are reductions, not immunities. Ainz has projectile immunity as well, so he could probably fly away and just cast nuclear blast over and over.

Until Reinhardt gets blessings for immunities that is. The main thing with Reinhardt is that we don't know what he can and can't do. He even can gain unique blessings at a drop of a hat. He had a blessing that can give him a choice to revive.

But there's no conflict if he can one-shot everything, maybe for his subjects but not for him.

Heck even other cheat lords have better conflicts

nuclear blast is one of the weakest spells in his arsenal. It's strength is it's good range as an aoe spell. Reinhardt would probably regen through all the damage even if he got hit.

Overlord is about the world not Ainz, besides Ainz's conflict inst supposed to be in combat, it's a mental one, with him dealing with his own issues and learning. If you read Overlord to see Ainz having a hard time you obviously will be disappointed since that's not what the author is going for.

It works as a chain as well as separately, the only time you can ever hit him is when he purposefully turns his blessings off. Reinhardt is basically a living modding/developer console.
