Same, though I liked lost butterfly considerably more than presage flower. I've been meaning to rewatch them together soon, but I reember being annoyed at how awful some scene transitions were, because of how much content needed to be added. Plus the events of the first days are generally less dense with character stuff, so they'd have needed to show the character's thoughts a bit more deeply to make it more interesting.
Lost butterfly was just amazing, the time they gained by cramming stuff into presage flower really payed off. rin not being a cunt is a nice change, hopefully it carries over into the finale and we can finally get HF with a proper climax instead of the trash from the VN.

You can probably make it more natural by having Rin go full bitchmode at seeing Dark Sakura at the start of the movie due to her appearance, fueling Sakura's fury at her, then realizing she's still herself on the inside during their second fight and mellowing out due to that. Cut the retarded part where Sakura blames herself for everything and have her just feel bad about being Rin being dead instead, and things should make a fair bit more sense.
