lazy piece of shit and his breaks every second week
when will he have enough

TWO FEET TWO FEET TWOOOOO FEEEEEET

desrossa
worst arc in the entire series

cringe and fuck off
It was easily the best one.

Low iq post

doffy is a shit tier villain and law is the worst OP character

Sales and discussion were at it's peak during Dressrosa. Cope.

Fishman island is worse.
No.

Attached: zoro.jpg (667x655, 61K)

fishman island isn't a blatant copy of a previous arc
that alone makes it better

I'd rather watch a good remake than a shit original.

Yes. Dressrosa got me into One Piece, couldn't care much beforehand.

>good remake
everything after the coloseum part was dogshit

Yikes
>Type of subhumans who browse this board

Oda thinking his readers adore the same character arcs and story arcs they have seen for the past twenty years and thinking he can get away with it.

Wano is so boring I want to shoot myself.
I hope all these Japenese trope characters die.

Seeing the same arc for the 20th year in a row. There’s no stakes because none of the straw hats can die, etc.

This. Breaks and the pacing so far.

Dressrosa is way longer and thus shittier.

I like the part where ussop makes the funny face and scares the little girl.

Everything

Same old boring shit, different faces that are, in fact, mostly samefaces, literally and figuratively. Constant reliance on shit goofy face humor and irredeemable haki related nonsense.

The 12 year olds who used to read this grew up.

Oda dragging this shit out.

He needs to set up new characters in order to make this arc feel as big and climactic as Marineford, but frankly that's not gonna happen. Marineford had characters that we had built up and foreshadowed since the beginning of the series. In Wano, outside of the Strawhats, Yonko, and Supernova, everybody else is new.

That's on top of Oda needlessly extending and complicating the plot to add some shoehorned drama (ex: the plot-line where the rebellion plan is discovered leading to Yasu's execution, while that may lead up to something else in the long run, it could have been skipped entirely in favor of something more concise if the only end result that matters is that the Wano population turns on Orochi and Kaido). I also think most people here are a bit sick of seeing Luffy in another training phase, seeing the SH's take out random fodder like Holdem and the prisoner Sumo match opponents and having a series of "UWAAA????" crowd reaction shots, seeing the already flanderized SH's acting stereotypically and adding no new development whatsoever (Sanji with Women, Zoro acting edgy, etc). Frankly, the same formula that Oda desperately relies on has been stale for too long, and Wano is losing momentum as Oda takes more breaks in what is surely a longer arc than Dressrosa was.

Dressrosa was too long but I still view the Post-TS Sabaody arc and the beginning of FI as abysmal trash. That said, at least FI is much better and faster on reread, Dressrosa still drags out, probably because it has too many uninteresting characters

the constant politics with in wano

based and redpilled

There is no reality in which this is true.

Oda shitting the bed after the timeskip, + anime turning to crap + more manga/anime showing up being just as good or better than One Piece. All my friends that liked it only keep up with it because they are too deep to drop it, I dropped the shit at Dressrosa.

Saitama could kick luffys ass

Is the hype dead?

I really don't care about the history of wano nor the significance there in of its important figures, and this arc focuses on that a lot
This time around it feels like the strawhats aren't what is driving the story, and they're just along for the ride, like not having them in wano wouldn't change anything so far

No, he’s just shitposting

Literally zero interesting characters, completely forgettable plot. For such a hyped up arc, it's shockingly bad

We're in Act 2, you impatient fuckheads. Literally the Suducing Woods or Alubarna trek of this arc. At least wait until the climax to start saying it sucks

Characters talking to each other about nothing: the arc

>let's endure dozens of shit chapters because it might be median at the end
no thanks

Nothing important happened. Boring new characters that no-one give a shit about.

Was there ever really hype for Wano in the first place? Also Orochi and these various subplots existing for no reason at all.

Of course. It was hyped up to be Oda's magnum opus.

Oda keep introducing random no bodies instead of focusing on the crew.

Anticipation and your own imagination are almost always better than the given product. For me personally, I think it's because this arc's set-up somehow has so much going on that it feels rushed as fuck setting the stage yet somehow dragging on to the show.

I mean, FFS as soon as we started getting into Yasuie's origins and involvement he's suddenly been captured and being executed the next moment? He literally went like this:

>Seemingly Minor Background Gag-Character --> Mysterious Piece of the Plan/Story --> Rushed Exposition and Execution for Drama as well as Emphasis of Stakes involved.

for a battle / comedic manga has been very low on both

this guy lost his mojo

Japan isn't interesting

>In Wano, outside of the Strawhats, Yonko, and Supernova, everybody else is new.
Not true. Kinemon and momosuke have been around for some time. Not to mention the business with the SMILES. Doflamingo was introduced WAY back, and Kaido is the power behind him. This arc is definitely one that has been building for some time. The whole alliance with Law is premised around taking out Kaido.

Well. Yeah. So?

>magnum opus
fuck off. The not-climax of the story is supposed to be its Opus? That's stupid. Oda isn't responsible for the marketing of his comic. That's executives at Jump.

Wano is basically Dressrosa 2.0

i never got the hype behind Wano, i am laughing at all the people that wanted kino WCI arc to end to get to Wano ASAP.

Oda hyped it up himself. That's why.

They even wanted the Reverie to end.

who knows

I'm sure Oda will have to resort to introducing more characters - having more Big Mom pirates enter the fray, having Kizaru and other marines join, maybe even having CP0, Vegapunk or another Yonko like Blackbeard join, and that'll bring the count much higher. However, as of now, I don't count Momo and Kinemon or Law's crew as being enough to supplement the hype and buildup of Marineford when we saw all seven warlords, all three admirals, Sengoku and Garp, all vice admirals, marines like Smoker and Coby, Buggy and Mr 3, Whitebeard, etc. Also, Doflmaingo isn't even in the Wano equation anymore and the Smiles are pretty much used only on jobbers.

Let me ask you, is there really as much hype seeing characters we see in Wano as there was seeing so many familiar faces culminate in Marineford?

everything after punk hazard has been predetermined no sea exploration whatsoever anymore you know the shit pirates actually do
there's like no surprises anymore

>Post-TS OP has been constantly filtering plebs since it began.
Based GODA

>hum yummy yummy oda dick he just can't do no wrong

hmm true

Most of the new character are uglier than usual.
