A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn't exist in this universe at all. So, what does this genius do with this machine? He travels to a universe in which he decided not to use the machine, therefore meeting himself from an almost exact universe. Then they both enter the machine, and do the same exact thing, meeting two other almost exact versions of themselves. The Female lead, a Pyrokinetic who generates pure heat energy which she uses to create thermobaric explosions and to generate lift allowing her to swoop around in her idol costume's specially designed carbon-fiber wingsuit extensions, follows her dream of becoming "Number One, With a Bullet" by defeating her competition any way she can. Along the way she does battle with other bands, fights a bitter rival, falls in and out of love, and champions the power of Rock and Goddamn Roll, all set to a fucking blistering barrage of covers of classic 70's and 80's rock tunes.
Each opening to the show would be different, highlighting the MC's band, Fire of Unknown Origin(Blue Oyster Cult cover band), versus one of her rival bands who each use different kinds of music, cold-opening into the battle proper for a few minutes, before flashing back to tell the story of how they got there. The ending theme would be Joan Jett's I Love Rock and Roll covered by Jam Project with Masami Okui on Lead Vocals.

A hero and a demon lord (both female) live in a fantasy world, supposedly stuck in a long-lasting battle. The hero is a kind soul and a fierce protector of her village, while the enigmatic demon lord lives in a dark castle, brewing sinister plots and sending her minions to wreak havoc upon innocent lands. One of the two must eventually win and wanquish the other - at least, that's how the story goes. The truth is, however, a little bit different - the two are perfectly aware that they live in a fictional universe which only exists for as long as their story is ongoing, and will literally die the second one of them wins. Thus, the two unaging entities on whom the existence of this universe relies have long since stopped fighting and become close friends, secretly hanging out togetherer in their respective realms, quenching their boredom with silly best friend antics, and pretend-fighting from time to time to make sure the world believes them to be enemies so that the story could go on. As generations change around them, the two friends - a sly and opportunistic Hero tired of her mask of valour and a Demon Lord too innocent and idealistic to cause true evil - have fun in the shadows, play their roles in the daylight, and sometimes contemplate ending their story once and for all, having both lived for far too long, yet ultimately decide not to in favour of spending one more day fooling around together. It would be a fantasy slice of life with fun yet ultimately melancholic feel.
The story starts with a brief summary of how the world is plunged into war by the Destroyers(WT); a group of filthy Otakus who gained unbelievable powers. It shows the many failed attempts of the world superpowers as they tried to fight only to be destroyed soon after. The summary ends showing that only pockets of resistance remain to fight this new menace.
After that, it pans over to the life of a Japanese businessman who has been subjugated by the new regime of Otakus who were gifted powers by the Destroyers(WT). It does a quick time lapse of the years of forced work he goes throw and it ends with a quick shot to show how this new life put the toll on his mind, but at the same, how his body becomes strong.
Then on the day where his whole life gets turned on its head, one of the Otaku ringleaders see something dangerous growing inside of him, so he orders for the firing of the Businessman from his new job, the forced liquidation of his home, and all his possessions to be confiscated hoping that this would crush the man's spirit before he becomes a future threat.
This ploy almost works until he falls in love with a middle-aged single mother(who acts too young for her age) giving him another reason to live. Soon the Ringleader is forced to get his hands dirty by the higher-ups. He and a group of Otaku assassins head out to kill him.
Yadda yadda... he gets into a fight and almost dies from the Ringleader and the Otaku assassins until one of the assassins hurts his milf girlfriend. He unlocks a power similar to magic to the Destroyers(WT) and escapes the city with his girlfriend.
He eventually teams up with a resistance group. Now, this Japanese Business reluctantly tries to save the world from the Otaku menace while also figuring out why he has similar powers to the Destroyers(WT).
Also, it ends on a cliffhanger and never gets picked up after the first season.

It has been 13 months since the Kryn were first discovered on Earth. Every Kryn is identical: a single nanoscoptic molecule that nonetheless qualifies as a living organism thanks to its ability to produce strong "decider fields". The universe exists as a singular path through a sea of infinite possibilities, and that path will always follow an increase in the strength of decider fields. Reality itself swerves to avoid the destruction of Kryn and ensure the creation of Kryn, except when it would result in a boom and bust cycle. If the Kryn have appeared, it means a planet is destined to eventually be consumed by them.
The main character is a Japanese boy who graduated from high school shortly after the discovery of the Kryn and is struggling to figure out what he is going to do in this world that is undergoing drastic changes. Those who choose to ignore the inevitable assimilation find themselves able to harness the reality-bending power of the Kryn and apply it to any creative endeavor they wish. Anything they want, they gradually gain the skills necessary to make it happen. MC's little sister is one of these people.
MC's sister spends all of her time doing things like painting, making clothing, creating music, and cooking, all while seeking approval from her onii-chan. It always works a little bit, but his smile is never lasting. Eventually, she starts resorting to lewd methods.
The story starts with two men (tentatively named Guy and Roger)

Guy then goes missing, five years later still looking into the disappearance of his best friend Roger gets summoned to another world and is asked by a resistance group to help pilot a machine called a Sorugal Frame, a bit weary at the idea at first Roger discovers Guy appeared in this world five years prior now with a personal reason to fight Roger joins the resistance we also start to get episodes focused on Guy and his own adventurers five years prior
At around the mid-point Roger finds guy who has developed some serious PTSD (And also married his mechanic waifu)
we also learn the resistance is a bunch of deposed nobles who just want their power and the status quo back, now Roger decides to team up with the Guy's old allies to save the world his friend fought for eventually Guy himself manages to rise past his own PTSD and joins the fray as the friends go to save the world.
Don Quixote, but with an office drone. He gets put on a team to do some report, and the show switches between (metaphorical) fight scenes in a fantasy world and the actual world scenes. The general theme would be that everyone's a hero.
