Motivation
I know we're all hikki's on this board, but literally how hard is it to make friends? Especially in a fucking school setting where you're forced to be around other people? This is not fantasy.
Adventures
Pretty hard.
>things that always happen in anime/manga but not in real life
A sister, cousin, or some-such female relative visits you and acts really lewd around you, wanting to have sex with you, but you act like a gaylord and reject her because "hurr we're related, we can't do that"
It's almost impossible to make friends that be there for you.
So what, the visiting you part or the not having sex part?
I visited my female cousin 4 years ago and she was all lewd.
She game me a lift on her motorbike and I grabbed her tummy because I got scared

I was on good terms with everyone but I had no friends to eat lunch with or do things after school with
Avoidant?
>have 2 best friends for life
>have 3 online buddies to play games with
>the rest are acquaintances i exchange 1-2 words with in a year
doubt it would or need to get higher than that
This. I got a car earlier than most in high school so then I had people contacting me when they needed a lift. As if I were a taxi.
Sounds like a pain in the ass.
Did you charge them as if you were a taxi?
that's kinda sad
No, I didn't drive them. I realized what was going on.
No it was the opposite, people avoided me. Eventually i learned to avoid them too
Classmates marry each other
The best series are the ones where the protagonist starts off with little to no friends then earn some along the way.
When I was in high school, there was one student who was really good at baseball and sports overall. They said he could have gone pro. The shining star of the school, loved by teachers, had lots of friends, girls were drooling over him, men wanted to be like him. Now, I hadn't had friends because I am socially awkward (though like this user I was on good terms with everyone), but we'd occasionally converse. Real sweet guy, once or twice called me to hang out with his friends, but they were all jocks and I was a bookworm nerd, so they'd terrify me to death just by looking at me.
Then one day it turned out that he's gay. All his friends now shunned him and generally treated him like he has leprosy. Girls from that point on would giggle every time he passed by. He naturally started getting into fights with his former friends and everybody who'd ridicule him. Crossed roads with him in the halls few times - eyes of a dead man. He hang himself a few months later.
No, sir, thank you, I'd much rather die all alone in a room full of trash, watching low quality chinese cartoons, and browsing taiwanese image board for little girls, spewing shitty memes and posting guro in BnHA threads than to be "normal" memeber of society. If that's all it takes for "normal" people to give up on their "friends" - then my life couldn't be happier here, in eternal solitude, fapping to anime girls beings raped by tentacle monsters. Who knows, maybe one day I'll make a friend and then that friend will find out I'm a dirty weaboo? I'm not going through the same shit as he have, I'm perfectly happy conversing online, not knowing who is behind a monitor replying to me (I know we're all little girls here)
tl;dr - fuck your "friends" and keep your ""friendship"" to yourself.
>inb4 based. hang the fags
Don't worry, they will. One's down already.
cute girls exist
I've been an asshole to everyone and actively avoided social interactions since middle school and i still got a fair bunch of people i can call friends, maybe i seem approachable or maybe the people on this board really are in another level of pastamancy

Alcoholism portrayed as a funny gag and not a crippling illness that ruins the character's few personal relationships, financial status and health.
>Classmates marry each other
Yeah, there are more than a few anime where in the end everyone in the class pairs together and eventually gets married and has kids, but as cool as that is, that never happens in real life,
At best, you'll have one couple who stay together all their lives.
>hot girl
>loner
Well, before you notice you'll have friends.
I always wanted to go on adventures and my faggot friends only wanted to play videogames or get drunk.
I was ostracized for liking anime and videogames. No one wanted to be my friend. it didn't help that I grew up in a city full of ignorant people.
>character gets friends and becomes smug
I can make friends easily if I want to thanks to some earlier experience of moving schools. It's just that I'm a hikkineet who has developed anti social traits after a bad lsd trip.
>main character has gay crush on best friend character
>best friend character reciprocates instead of beating main character up and never talking to him again

I wish I was a tentacle monster.

Not being self-sufficient and relying on friends sounds like scary shit. You never know when your life could suddenly end.
Girls wearing skirts.
Why so many failed normies in this thread, longing for 3DPD?, this is not even anime related, but rather real life related. Fuck all of you faggots.
But pantyhose, user. THE PANTYHOSE!
Females actually being a virgin. Any female that is 18 and up is not a virgin anymore
It really fucking is. That's why I can't stand watching shonens and other "muh nakama" trash. "I trust my friends!" with that "happy" smile and closed eyes (I know you can picture it) makes me so fucking disgusted. That guy I wrote this huge wall of text about used to say something similar, like "it's good to have friends" or some stupid shit like that. Yeah, bro, it's fucking fantastic to have "friends". Turned really good out for you, huh?
sexual innuendo
>loner guy with one nerd friend
>as soon as the plot kicks in every single hot girl has a crush on him
>He wants to be left alone and that turns them on even more
>He also suddenly has the balls to tell every other male to fuck off when they try to make his life worse
Two attractive people who are obviously attracted to eachother spend a lot of time alone together and don't fuck on a regular basis
While I don't like shounen (specifically the types adapted from weekly magazines) it's usually because they are uninteresting from an artistic or thematic standpoint. I personally like the "bonds" or "friendship" stuff when it's done well precisely because it's so rare in real life. Fiction lets me appreciate things that I probably won't get to experience in my lifetime.
How about religious private schools? The girls in my class often wore skirts, many hiked up to be practically panty length.
>mfw my 3rd world country Chile forces uniforms on all schools
>mfw back on my school years, most of my female classmates would be on dark pantyhose and I was able to watch their legs for all of the school day
Something good about being a spic.
Depends on where you live honestly. I had a bunch of friends in my old school but when i moved everyone ignored me lol. I had maybe 2 friends in my last year of high school. I even tried to talk to my peers at lunch and got completely ignored. Lol hikki life is best anyway
>yaruzooo
>OOOOOOOOOOH!
My Japanese friend told me no one actually does this.
That really bothers me for some reason.
Anime makes having friends look fun but in reality you wont feel the same things with your friends that you do watching cute girls doing karaoke in anime.
It's quite often in poor zones, specially when kids become parents at 17 or something.
>knowing what to do/having an objective to work towards
>Kansai person speaking in Kansai dialect with Tokyo people in Tokyo
>coworkers on first name basis
I'm not trying to make fun of you, but you have never experienced true friendship and a deeper bond. It's not something that you can do with a lot of people, and clearly that guy in your story didn't have bonds either. I hope you find a true connection one day user, because you are in a dark place right now.

You can't possibly use these cringy terms unironically.
What a sad thread
>you have never experienced true friendship and a deeper bond.
And I hope I never will, seeing how it ends if your "true friend" suddenly discovers a quirky character trait (and I have plenty).
>clearly that guy in your story didn't have bonds either.
He actually had. Always practiced together in free time, ate from each others plates, were almost inseparable (quite literally sometimes, as they'd (what do you call it, hug?) like pic related. And then as if a switch was pulled. Seen them converse a few times, but there was clearly a huge gap, even autist like me noticed. I guess his former "deeper bond" did look sad after the suicide had been announced, recovered from it in a week or so. Never spoke of this again either. Nobody have (well, sometimes they would, but that was just to explain why there is a black ribbon on the portrait of the former star). It's as if the a guy just disappeared and never existed.
>you are in a dark place right now.
Yeah, my room is quite dark.
>I hope you find a true connection one day
I hope not. The world isn't sunshine and rainbows like you would want it to be.
>cute little sisters
>not having friends
You just don't know what really goes on. Obviously girls keep their dirty shit a secret. Why do you think the stereotype of angry dad not letting daughter date at all until adult is a thing? Kids do more than just hold hands and kiss. The popular and/or attractive ones at least. Especially the girls because they also have a larger pool to draw from (older men not just classmates).
Hope.
I wish I went to anime club in school and made friends but I was too much of a coward.
>My Japanese friend told me no one actually does this.
99% of shit that happens in anime doesn't actually happen in Japan what a surprise.,
Nigga I was in classes of mostly girls for almost every year I was in school up until I graduated and got out. there were a ton of people that were virgins. I don't know what backwoods school you went to to convince you all girls have sex when they're teens.
I regret opening this thread.
Good story sempai. In my school there was an extremely popular girl, from a good family, very beatiful, smart, everyone and I mean EVERYONE loved her.
Than something happened - to this day I have no idea what exactly, you can guess why - and her friends absolutely destroyed her and her image and bullied her until she attempted a suicide and then changed schools.
No one said all girls. But you are also retarded if you think you know everything about them just because you attended class. Also you are naive to assume everyone tells the truth about being a virgin (especially girls again). Guys too at that age will lie to not get in trouble and/or cause issue for a girl. I went to school in the city we grew up fast, maybe you were in the backwoods.
>if you think you know everything about them just because you attended class
I don't think I know everything about them. I knew most of them and they would ask me for advice and shit since I was trustworthy and friends with the people they were going out with.
I literally went to school in the center of a big city.
well fuck off, what have you done?
pretty much every girl worth considering when I grew up had lost their virginity by 13-14.
>13-14
you guys went to sad schools.
Student Council holds more power than even the principal
or it's just way more common than you want to believe.
>Student Council holds any power at all
Fuckin' student councils just do work that the staff is too lazy to do and gain nearly nothing.
I'm a certified autist, but back in highschool people literally forced themselved on me. I guess playing sports and being reasonably good at it did a lot to help with that. These days i don't have any friends though, the internet has made it way too easy to completely isolate yourself.
If you think sex at 13/14 is standard you went to a genuinely sad school.
Most people hold off until they're roughly 16 or 17.
Maybe she haven't "experienced true friendship and a deeper bond" and "true connection", like this moron suggests.
Oh so now you are admitting 16 is normal? Well I agree . 13-14 is not the norm, that's for the especially risky and frisky kids. Which do exist just not as common
When did I say 16 wasn't normal?
religious females are superior anyway
Religion's for faggots though.
the irony
