Air is a gas, and Caesar has the gas fruit which allows him to turn into and affect all gaseous substances including air.

I would dig it if it allows you to transform into water and manipulate water like in avatar, with both ice and gas adding up

The water logia is obviously the ultimate devil fruit, because whoever has it literally rules the waves.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but I'm almost certain that some of those attacks didn't come from his body, and that's why Alabasta was the best place for him to live/fight.

they are only exploring the grand line for who knows how long. We haven't seen much of the other seas aside from east and north.

paramecia should have been limited to giving users a unique ability (eg. stretching, repelling, turning your hands into scissors)

logia should have covered full body transformations into all kinds of substances and elements (trebol, perospero, and katakuri should have been logia users)

Technically smoker has the air logia.
It seems like it's cloud fruit rather then smoke fruit.

Logia users are able to control the elements outside of their bodies.

Katakuri probably wouldn't be able to control Mochi if some amount was near him.

Caesar Clown had the gas fruit. He could control the air around him in small radius.
The fruit didn't look that overpowered, but that's because Caesar doesn't lift. In the hands of a fighter it could have been very strong.

Caesar's Gas Gas is every gas, including air. Aokiji's is solid water.

Aokiji's fruit technically isn't ice because all he does is freeze things that are already there. Can anyone find me a panel where he literally creates chunks of ice out of nothing?

I mean to create ice truely out of nothing he would have to be in an environment where there was no moisute in the air whatsoever. Like in the Z movie he technically makes his ice leg, but he does that by using the moisture of the air in the sauna.

His fruit can only slow down the things that get hit by his beam, not time in general
