The first arc is an adaptation of the Moro arc, this will open up the floodgates to alternate realties.
Vegeta will try his best to achieve Ultra Instinct and will eventually get the form by training with Whis. He will grow a bond with Broly and teach him to move passed his Saiyan past.
Goku goes under training from the Grand Priest, the end goal is for him to master his powers from Ultra Instinct and his other forms into his base form.
Broly will move beyond his past and take control of his Super Saiyan form. Toei has plans for him to take on Jiren and Hit for a training session within "That Place"

At one point, when Goku was throwing the barrage of punches at Jiren near the end of the fight they looked really slow and choppy. That's because some of the frames were missing so it wasn't as fluid.
