No, it is like soft and warm - completely different categories. Protagonist can be evil and antagonist can be hero. There are plenty of examples of this in anime, like Overlord or Death Note.

Uhh, no. An antihero is not an evil protagonist. An antihero is someone with a good goal that will go outside of the law and moral turpitude of a normal person, but at the same time they have to be redeemable.
Ainz isn't redeemable and the only way Light could be is if he lost his memory again. Think Scar or Mellow
