Because Naruto's the strongest being on the planet by a wide margin and he says it's cool. Like, what are those who want Sauce dead going to do? Hell, as fickle as Orochimaru is, he may still decide to experiment on you or use your soul for kinder even if you do succeed. And if she tries to run, Orochimaru just uses the cursed seal to kill her. Her only motivation is hatred, fear, sadism, and survival, then she dies just as she hits puberty. So yeah, she's not a very happy person, just like anybody else in the sound.
