So how old is everyone? I always assumed that Alicia was nearing 30, Akatsuki around 18 but it doesn't seem that way from this chapter.

At this point, I think they would be:

All of those are +/- at least 1 year, since they don't seem to age at the same rate as the seasons change.

It's nice that we get to see a full overview of Neo Venezia in but deary me, the Castello district looks a bit of a mess! But the general shape matches up with Venice well enough outside of that. I wonder if there's a major settlement on the mainland, right where the bridge connects from Neo Venezia - like a Neo Mestre. So long as there's no Neo Marghera. That's one place that can definitely stay on Manhome...
