Her voice, right at the end, is pure and human, flowing with human emotion. She remembers Kenichi. We see her heart stopping just before, as she strangles him and then stops because she doesn't want to kill him. It's like the dubbers didn't understand the eternal story of the robot being human all along, despite being such a classic story by now. Fuck, do I need to talk about fucking Pinocchio ?
Why ? WHY did they give her a robotic voice ? I don't understand. It's a fucking treason, and destroys the artistic vision the creators intended. Here, we are under the impression she's completely rebooting, like a windows 2000 toaster or some shit, and just reads the first scripts that were entered into her.
