But she has repeatedly stated she was the reason he was brought back. In the scene with Suzaku she explained Lelouch is back because she wanted that. It sounded like if she had done nothing, Lelouch would have stayed dead forever.

Having more (and clearer) explanation on what was going on with the world of C would have been a lot better than the generic bad guys of the weeks shit we got. The could have use that to show more C.C backstory too.. and maybe some new threat for later.

Why yes, I too think that all the screentime they had for characters like Suzaku, Nunnally, Kallen and all could have been better used as CC screentime. It's not like Code Geass was ever about anyone else after all.

She says she had Shirley bring Lelouch's body to her and after that she reconstructed him. Kallen asks what reconstructing means and C.C. explains that it is replacing damaged body parts. So the healing of Lelouch happened long after his death and was done by C.C. Why his body didn't heal on its own if the code was involved?

I'm not sure it's just that. She describes his resurrection all the time as her own initiative. She never says he should come back on his own.

well yeah, but technically if she had done nothing, he would still be stuck in C's world and his body would still be dead.

The reason why Lelouch could not reconstruct his body and come back by himself is because his spirit is "missing" (stuck)..

And I'm not sure she can fix it really. At the end the C's world is still all fucked up.

Was the World of C actually restored at all by the end of the movie, if not, it implies that CC and Lelouch have limited invulnerability, as they only have a limited amount of replaceable parts.
