That's true for a very limited number of comic villains. Dr Doom is sometimes praised as someone that wants to rule the world because it would be better with him in charge (at least "better" according to what he values), but that doesn't mean he's not a mad authoritarian who actually is the status quo and the Man in Latveria. Also most villains are full of bullshit and smart enough to give justifications that seem plausible. Boku no Hero villains are all basically sociopaths or anarchists, the kind of characters that a kid that grew up admiring Heath Ledger's Joker would write if he landed a job writing comics.
That rarely happens in superhero stories, though it's very common in other genres. Superheroes are the modern knights, stories glorify their monopoly of violence because they help to keep the status quo in place.
I don't know why people act that crazy about quirk control, when it was shown that it's limited to the public sphere (since Deku's doctor didn't call the police when Deku's mom started attracting objects to show off her power). The only freedom that's being limited is the freedom to shoot laserbeams from your eyes on the streets.

The liberation front is a good example of someone being correct but not right. Yes there are issues with the current society where quirks are largely suppressed save a handful of licensed individuals. And as seen with Toga, Quirk counselling isn't precise or comprehensive and can further ostrocize a person for having a quirk that is seen negatively. We also know about the mutant hating groups that populate the world.
However, terrorism isn't the answer here and neither is unrestricted usage of quirks because as has been shown time and time again. If any tom, dick, or larry just started using their quirks for whatever reason it could lead to chaos and destruction. Even something as simple as Gentle trying to help someone resulted in I believe a fatality because he interrupted someone else's attempt.

The flashback is confusing, as Deku is wearing the uniform from Toga's school, not his own. And there's no indication they had actually met before the Forest Training arc. The best we have been able to come up with is either the guy Toga sliced up, stuck a straw in, and reached orgasm by sucking his blood looked just like Deku, or she's imposed Deku's face on his in her memories.

I agree. And not merely the conflict between Destro's view and Hero Society, but also Shiggy's "destroy everything until you can see the horizon free and clear" madness. Of course a philosophical battle would be a hard thing to sell in a superhero comic, unless done as part of a physical battle.
