That's the point. Kamisato ISN'T normal or rational. Being normal is what he wants, it's not what he is. He admits to Niang-Niang that he never felt any guilt when he killed all the MGs, that having WR or not didn't make a difference, and that's something he didn't want to admit, because he knew it would prove he wasn't normal.

There is reason behind his anger in NT14, though, it wasn't just for the sake of making him more antagonistic. Kamisato's situation was unnatural, he really thought the girls had their lives taken from them, so Touma giving him a nonchalant reaction was bound to piss him off. He didn't see it as Touma telling him to communicate, he saw it as Touma disregarding those girls' lives, and considering Kamisato actually does care about them, he couldn't forgive that. If Touma were in a position where he thought people he cared about were being manipulated, he'd get just as angry, he just wouldn't resort to killing, while Kamisato would.

That said, I wouldn't say Kamisato is someone the reader can't agree with, Kamachi wouldn't say he was right if that were the case, but he is meant to anger the reader. As Kamachi said, he was introduced to destroy the story's sanctuaries.

The idea was Gunha is like a superhero in AC, so he looks normal during classes and for sports or saving people its GUTS time

Seems like the hat was the thing Haimura had the most trouble with until they went with the witch hat (which I like the most anyways)

He might still look like that when he's not in Captain Japan mode, though it would totally fit his character to be sat in class with his headband on/jacket round his shoulders.
