Like Assault Lilies? 1/12 is figma size, so they're 5-6 inches tall. Yes they're very tiny, you can see their clothes are all baggy because it's difficult to make flexible clothes that small. If you're actually interested in purchasing rare 1/12 outfits to dress up or make your own you can get the "dolls", otherwise stick to normal dolls or normal action figures.

Polynian has made a couple of clothes that could work with them too. Also 1/12 is dollhouse size, so if you're into displays or photography you can buy dollhouse furniture at art stores or antique shops, and some gacha/blindbox food/accessories like Rement works with em.
