retelling up until a certain point, then it diverges in the general area between episodes 4 through 6. for one thing, the joint operation with plantation 26 doesn't happen, and for another, mitsuru never rides with zero tsu.
I'll warn you now,this is just my opinion personally, as someone who can actually stomach sizeable amounts of cringiness.
The dub was actually breddy gud, if you can get over the fact that Hiro's voice is about as interesting as cardboard. Not sure why that had to happen. Mitsuru's voice doesn't do much for his already boring character, Miku fits perfectly, Zorome mostly fits but is very over the top dramatic a lot of the time, Futoshi fits i guess, same with Kokoro. Ichigo and Zero Two are the best out of anyone, especially Ichigo during the defense of Plantation 13 in ep 15. The giant robot bitch fight was fun to watch
this is coming from someone who hasn't seen the entire thing subbed yet, so take it with a grain of salt.
