If your image does have that then don't make it too many pieces because no one likes solving a puzzle that is 200 pieces and mostly a solid blue sky

Rotating puzzles seem to be a lot more manageable if the picture has multiple color tones, since you can take advantage of the color gradient to orientate the pieces.
