Objectively the best pactio from Negi's group but if I had to go based on my personal choice then Yotsuba's magical wok in which when you eat rice from it, it is both delicious and increases your physical stats meaning that effectively when you wake up in the morning, as long as you cook yourself a bowl of rice you can tear ass all day.
