She was terrible in The Enchanted Parade, and was terrible in the TV series as well. In the first OVA she didn’t come off as nearly as much of an annoying, self centered, dumb pill of a character.
I could go on, but as it is, it’s pretty difficult to have a very likable show with an unlikable MC.

Can't you read? TV is better than Enchanted Parade, which has no redeeming qualities, and a straight upgrade of it in the plot points they both cover. Thus, it can't be rated lower.
