Pretty sure novels stated her rank was Jonin, so she's at least not complete fodder, probably in the top 25% of Uchiha
But Itachi was a fucking prodigy who got the 2nd highest score on the written exam after Minato, SOLO'D the Forest of Death, setting a record clear time that took Team Gaara to beat and made into Anbu Black Ops before even hitting 16.
As for Fugaku, he was supposedly in talks for position of 4th alongside Orochimaru and Minato but I'm going to assume he was the third of three there.
Sauske up until he went full Edgelord would probably be like a low end genius since he did learn Fireball Jutsu before even hitting double digits, but after that he just becomes a full on plot wizard genius

I've been studying martial arts for 25 years and there is a story I heard years go, which serves as a warning to anyone who thinks they are hot shit.

In the early 20th century (circa 1910) there was a famous Judoka prize fighter who traveled around the world challenging other fighters around the world to make a name for himself. At the time he was considered the greatest fighter in the world.

While in Hong Kong, he went to a restaurant with a friend who was another famous fighter. At the restaurant one of the waiter boys recognised him. This child was 8 years old. During the meal, the child pulled out a knife and slit the famous fighters throat. He died at the scene.

When later asked why he did it, the child replied he wanted to be the greatest fighter in the world.

The reality is, regardless of how good you are or how good the world thinks you are, anyone, even a child, can still turn around and kill you.

I'm going to chalk that up to Kankurou legitimately learning from his loss and stepping the fuck up. The first time they fought he also didn't know he was going to be fighting against the dude who created the puppets he was using and therefore knew most of their capabilities already. Second time they fought Kankurou had modified his puppet and created new techniques while also using Sasori's body as another puppet. Also it wasn't like he was fighting alone. He had the Cloud nigga and Sai backing him up.

The Sakura isnt useless arc was pretty shit. One of the better fights visually but the lead into it and backstory was ass and was ruined with the fight being won via talk no jutsu and Gaara being saved by the sacrifice of worthless side character only introduced at the beginning of the arc

Probably. Who else even comes close? Contenders include Itachi who killed an entire clan, Pain who destroyed an entire village but then revived them all, and Kakuzu who has been killing people for like 80 years. But even a small nation would eclipse their kill counts.

In a filler they showed it and the "small nation" was really just one city that was smaller than the leaf

I really liked his fight, despite not being interested in fights at all, especially long ones.
