As usual somebody correct me if I´m wrong, but basically what I understood from here is that Yugami reveals that he spent a lot of time on analising and trying to make use of nogami´s fortune telling, and since he found a way to do it he will remember and appreciate the experience they had from then on.
He also rejects Nogami´s offer of continuing studying the occult because he got what he wanted from it, but I don´t think Chihiro even cared about that part. She did realize she had a way of contacting yugami without seing him face to face though...

Not really that, after seeing Chihiro kid of down she tried to see if Yugami was feeling the same but concluded he was acting like usual, Kadota disagrees and says he thinks something's definitely wrong with him and contrary to what Nidou says he's not in top form, but she isn't convinced as Yugami's pitches are making good sounds, Kadota then gets depressed because he assumes she prefers to listen to Nidou's judgment rather than his who is much more experienced with Yugami's pitches, in part also because he lost on jankenpo to Nidou to see who would assist Yugami's training while the other would pick up the grass to clean the field.

So a few misunderstandings were cleared here. Yugami and Chihiro weren´t fighting, Yugami just kind of ignored her here because he felt she would have wanted him to leave her alone and pretend he didn´t see anything. Suzume freaks out at that reaction because she was still under the impression Chihiro was Yugami´s girlfriend, but is then told that was just something Kadota made up. Finally, Suzume reveals the real reason she was tagging along...

It turns out Suzume is having trouble adapting to living on her own, because everyone is a stranger to her, she feels terribly lonely and nothing she does make her feel better.
She was hoping to learn from Yugami how to enjoy being alone, but he just roasts her saying she´s doomed to never be able to enjoy being on her own or make friends. He peaces out when she starts to bring the waterworks, and leaves Chihiro to handle it since he doesn´t care.
Really if Yugami is just gonna leave Chihiro to handle everything he can´t/won´t, might as well marry her.

So in the end I think Chihiro told her Yugami wasn´t a good example for her to follow, but things would get better with time if she kept doing the things she likes? The twist at the end is that what suzune thought was hay fever, was actually an allergic reaction to her beloved cats..
